I received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan Dearborn with a double major in Psychology and Anthropology. I went on to complete my master’s degree from Wayne State University with an emphasis in Counseling Psychology. I have experience working with families, children, adolescents and adults with emotional and behavioral issues, family relationships, school issues, self esteem building, and trauma. My approach to therapy focuses on person centered treatment, cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and solution focused therapy. My goal is to provide clients with a safe, nonjudgmental, and trusting environment to work towards positive life changes.
