Lisa is a Licensed Social Worker dedicated to working with clients in a warm, safe, nonjudgmental and collaborative space. Lisa specializes in working with adults, young adults, and adolescents. She has experience working with clients who are going through life transitions, struggling with anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem, and relationship issues. She is skilled in helping clients make meaningful changes through a strength-based approach, using a variety of methods to identify counterproductive patterns and address maladaptive behaviors. Over the course of treatment, these patterns are looked at and replaced with new strategies and skills to better serve the client. Lisa is also well versed in a variety of other modalities to help her clients address unhelpful thought patterns. These modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, and mindfulness. Lisa earned her Master’s Degree from the University of Michigan School of Social Work.
