I am a licensed therapist in Illinois with over twenty five years of experience. I have worked with most client populations including adults, women, teens, elderly and the disabled. I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, vocational or financial concerns, anger issues, survivors of physical, emotional and sexual abuse as well as relationship issues.

My focus will be listening to your concerns and providing you warm acceptance that you need as you address your concerns during therapy. My therapeutic approach includes a combination of cognitive therapy and client centered with solution focused interventions.

I use humor with therapy as appropriate and am naturally curious about others as well as learning more about folks, I look forward to working with you as your treatment teammate!
