Are you tired of waiting for others to change or make you happy? Change and happiness comes from within you. Whether you are trying to improve a relationship, overcome trauma, beat an addiction or just want to develop your human potential; change is required.
My favorite saying is a version of something Mahatma Ghandi said - "Be the change you wish to see in the world." Change can seem overwhelming or you may even fear change but therapy can help you facilitate those changes by channeling your strengths and letting go of obstacles.
Success in achieving your goals comes from commitment to the therapy process, practicing what you are wanting between sessions and increasing your knowledge through journaling and self-help materials. It is about identifying goals and achieving personal success.
You don't have to face your challenges alone. Therapy gives you a means to tackle these problems in a supportive, confidential environment. I hope to work with you soon.
