My name is Alexis Brintley. I am a graduate of Siena Heights University. I have a limited License in Counseling. I have over 10 years of experience working with adolescents and young adults. I believe in helping clients reach their full potential through self-empowerment and building upon strengths. I have experience in Severe Emotional Disturbance, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, trauma, and depression just to name a few.
When working with adults, I believe in healing through the power of forgiving yourself. Perhaps you want to grow but don't know how to start. We can discuss your dreams and hopes and form them into a plan that will make them achievable. Everyone has to start somewhere.
When we identify our fears and triggers, we can turn them into internal flames that motivate us to move forward. Let's start the healing today.
