My approach to therapy is person centered. I address each individual like a blank canvas that is ready to be filled with the client’s own and unique behavioral modifications that will lead to a better fulfilled life. Every client is capable. My approach is to bring out to the surface each client’s success capacity by helping them develop and implement the techinque that is most effective. I aim to offer each person a safe haven where they might find some reprieve from their everyday problems.
I am a graduate of the University of Michigan Ann Arbor with a BA in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology form the Michigan School of Psychology. I have 4 years of experience working with adolescents, and adults on depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, trauma and much more.
