I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I take an integrated approach to therapy and draw from both behavioral and cognitive modalities while incorporating a holistic perspective. My goal is to provide you with the tools that you need to make necessary and realistic changes in your day-to-day life for growth and stability. Every person has a unique set of circumstances which requires an individualized approach. I strive to understand every person’s life experience and cultivate a therapeutic environment that is non-judgmental and supportive, because it is important to me that my clients feel heard, valued, and have a safe space to heal and grow.

I utilize evidence-based practices and techniques from Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Therapy to help you not only organize, but understand your thoughts, choices, behaviors, and actions. We will get to the root of the issue and re-establish new patterns of behavior and thought processes, which will help you to manage your emotions, allow you to function at the highest level, and find the happiness and positive in your life.

I specialize in working with emotional, social, and behavior challenges and have expertise in supporting children, adolescents and adults with developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries and neurological challenges, and ADD/ADHD. In addition, I provide support to parents and caregivers to help with not only effectively understanding and responding but connecting with their children. Other areas of interest including supporting caregivers of individuals who have chronic health issues or are in hospice care.

I invite you to contact me today. Let us start working on your journey together!
