Every person is different, unique and complex. All parts of our being and how we function across all life domains affect not only mental health, but our overall health and wellness. We all have different experiences, stressors, and qualities that impact us and shape our lives. We all also possess unique strengths and resources to help us find our purposes and overcome challenges. I am passionate about helping people navigate struggles and life obstacles and identify their strengths to become the best versions of themselves. I utilize strength-based, trauma-informed, person-centered approaches to care, and apply techniques and concepts from different therapeutic models to customize treatment for the individual in the therapeutic environment.

I believe that the therapeutic environment should be a respectful “space of grace” collaboratively created by the clinician and client. In this space, you should be able to vent, problem solve, explore deep thoughts and feelings, work on inner healing, or just talk to someone in confidence without judgment. Developing the tools necessary to feel empowered to manage your life and work through trauma are formed in this space as well. So whether you need to change problematic behaviors, learn coping skills or improve interpersonal relationships—we’ll explore what supports your vision of a better life and a better you. I will work closely with you to create and implement a plan grounded in restorative strategies with my mental health expertise.

As a fully licensed clinical social worker, I specialize in working with adults, adolescents, and families, but also have experience working with couples. I have extensive experience in the areas of depression, anxiety, and ADHD, and I am equipped to address a wide array of other challenges and mental health areas.
