I am here to be your helper in understanding and coping with your depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, and family issues. I am here to talk about work - family balance, family roles stress, parenting, marriage and divorce, grief/loss, addiction, and other challenges.
I utilize Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Family Dynamics/Systems, Culturally Informed, Integenerational Therapy, and Client Centered Therapy Models for individuals, couples, and families.
