Counseling is a deeply personal process of honesty, commitment, and healing for each person who begins this process. I provide support for my clients as they deal with various personal and mental health concerns by providing a safe environment where they can organize their thoughts and understand their feelings as well as determine their goals. Using a collaborative approach, my clients and I explore how to reach those goals and monitor progress together. Therapy can assist clients to feel more empowered in their own experiences which leads to fewer feelings of distress about future difficulties, and more empathy for themselves. I would feel honored to hear your story and walk with you along the process of recovery and healing.
