For most of us, life has its moments of being both amazing and difficult with a lot of what is left in between. Starting therapy can feel intimidating and overwhelming. But odds are, if you have started looking for help, you are taking your first step. Whether you’re looking to make changes or work through existing challenges, you don’t have to do it alone. I provide a warm and non-judgmental space for all individuals. We will work collaboratively to help you grow by discovering and utilizing your strengths in the process.

I have experience working with tweens, teenagers, young adults, and adults of all ages and backgrounds. I help clients work through anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress management, parental concerns, divorce, substance abuse, relapse prevention and life transitions. I utilize an integrative approach incorporating concepts from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing. I truly believe you are the master of your own experience, so we will work together to find what therapeutic methods and coping skills work best for you.
