I believe that the strongest therapeutic relationship is one built on trust. I provide a non-judgemental and supportive space for my clients to be heard and navigate through their life challenges. Therapy is a collaborative effort, and therapists are a collaborative partner in the process of change. I believe the best motivation to change comes from within and with support. Together we can uncover and challenge thoughts, feelings, and beliefs to foster, empower, and balance yourself towards healthy and productive choices.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with over 20 years of clinical experience working with adults, adolescents, and families. I enjoy working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, traumatic experiences, relationship issues, emotion expression, and other life challenges. Please let me know how I can help.
