Professional Philosophy: I believe all limitations are self-imposed; therefore, my mission is to help clients discover and or rediscover their unique way of operating in this world. Helping them celebrate and activate their uniqueness so they can be guided towards fulfillment. Experience: I have been providing specialized services for clients and their families for over 25 years. It has been my honor to serve in numerous roles advancing the mission of improving the quality of life for individuals experiencing life difficulties due to mental health, emotional health, or behavioral issues. I provided strategic leadership to clinical and educational teams addressing a person's psychiatric condition, social and emotional needs, educational needs, communication skills, adaptive behavior, and disabilities resulting from traumatic brain injuries (TBI). Before joining Great Lakes Psychology Group, I have served in roles such as senior clinician/therapist; rehabilitation counselor; school culture and climate coordinator; director of residential programs serving adolescents and their families addressing delinquency, sex offenses, substance abuse, autism spectrum, and other mental and developmental concerns.
