I will provide psychotherapy to meet your individual needs while recognizing how identity factors can influence your lived experiences. I use evidence-based practices, strengths-based perspectives, and mindfulness-based approaches.

I will provide you a warm and supportive healing environment for you to be heard and seen. I know from personal experience that life can yield many challenges, and you do not have to face them alone.
