Deb is a compassionate therapist with several years of experience. She provides a collaborative, relaxing and safe environment to help you work through your thoughts, emotions, and challenges to improve your life. Deb will be your ally to help you determine your goals for change and she will work with you to develop a plan to reach them.
Deb received her Master of Science degree in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Oakland University.
She works with adults using mainly a cognitive behavioral approach and customizes therapy to each client's individual needs and preferences. Her areas of specialty include stress, financial issues, major life decisions including job and interpersonal issues, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and grief and loss. Deb is passionate about helping clients find their path to a better life.
