In times of great uncertainty, we all need a source of clarity and stability. We may be more nervous or worried than usual, start to feel down or depressed, or get overwhelmed by our work, relationships, and personal struggles. This is something that everybody goes through, and when times get hard it is both normal and healthy to find a caring, committed professional who will listen to your unique story without judgment or personal agenda, and who will join you where you are at to help you find a greater sense of calm, fulfillment, and hope for a brighter tomorrow.
