Life can have many challenges, we all need the opportunity to unpack those stressors in a safe place. You deserve to be the best you for yourself. I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment for healing. Let me help you reach your fullest potential and rediscover yourself.

As a therapist since 2010, I have had the privilege to walk along with people through their most challenging times. Helping them find their inner strength and recognize their immense resilience. My mission is to serve, empower, and support those struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, women issues, aging adult challenges, and developmental disabilities. I offer psychotherapy for adults using the latest evidence-based treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, and Strength-Based practices.

"The mind is like water. When it's turbulent, it's difficult to see. When it's calm, everything becomes clear."- Prasad Mahes
