Hello and welcome! I am a fully licensed clinically trained social worker who is eager to help you or your child on whatever your individual journey may be. My goal, despite the cliche sound of it, is to help you help yourself. I truly believe that each person has what it takes to heal and succeed, sometimes they just need a little guidance to get there. I have experience working with adults and children of all ages and diagnoses including Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, Autism. I am trained in a therapy called Prolonged Exposure Therapy which is used to treat people living with PTSD. I am comfortable working with people despite age, race, sexual orientation, or gender. I look forward to meeting you!
