Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Life Coach certification and am a former teacher. My passion is to assist people in their journey to healing, wholeness, and optimal health. I have worked in a variety of settings with many different populations. I love working with couples, families, singles, men, women, children, and those with special needs. I also offer faith-based counseling for those who would like to incorporate their faith into the counseling process.

I take a strengths-based and client-centered approach as I believe that you have within you the ability to discover what you need, with a counselor alongside you to facilitate the process. I also can provide skills and tools to use along the way from techniques developed through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. My goal is to provide the best space for you, with compassion and guidance, to bring about all that you hope for, to live your best life now.
