As a fully licensed clinician, I am experienced in assisting clients across their life-span, tailoring therapy to meet specific needs. My emphasis is on the importance of establishing an open and trusting therapeutic relationship. Together we will work on your goals, while fostering a sense of self awareness, esteem, and acceptance that will ultimately lead to a more fulfilling life. I believe that exploring and building upon strengths creates a path for developing positive coping strategies to move forward. We will address your specific concerns, with the objective of enhancing your quality of life. My therapeutic approaches include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma therapies: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) or Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Mindfulness-Based Stressed Reduction. These therapies are effective for adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, grief, relationship problems, trauma, and other life challenges. In addition, I have specialized experience in the areas of professional development, career changes, and navigating the corporate world. With this holistic approach to therapy we will explore the impact of stress on your mind, body, and spirit.
