As a licensed Clinical Social Worker, my goal is to enhance the lives of my patients and their families by assisting them in learning to cope with life's challenges from a strengths-based perspective. I truly enjoy working with others and am passionate about assisting others in enhancing the quality of their lives.
I completed my Master degree in Social Work at Wayne State University in 2015. Since then, I have been providing therapy to individuals targeted towards growth, healing, and gaining coping skills. I have also had experience working hospice and palliative care, providing support to individuals and their families during end of life care and transitions.
I specialize in anxiety and panic disorders, depression, trauma, PTSD, poverty, grief/loss, life transitions, and stress management. I use an eclectic range of treatments targeted towards your needs and goals, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and positive psychology.
