Sometimes life looks different than we thought it would. Finding a non-judgmental and caring environment to share thoughts and emotions can help. As a therapist, my goal is to provide a compassionate and safe place where you and I can work together to identify challenges and build the skills to help you live the life you desire.

I have a Master's in Professional Counseling and I am also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I have over a decade of experience working with adults, couples, and teenagers across diverse populations. I have training and experience in a variety of therapeutic and counseling styles. Those I find most helpful are Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy), as well as Prolonged Exposure Therapy for the treatment of trauma and PTSD. Together, we will explore which approaches work best for you.

I believe the therapeutic relationship between myself and my clients is vitally important. Choosing to come to therapy and share personal information, thoughts, and feelings with another person can be intimidating. When someone takes this brave step, I want to provide them with a welcoming environment that makes them feel comfortable. As your therapist, I would commit to working hard together and empowering you to build your best life.
