I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a strong background working with adolescents, young adults, and families. I am nationally certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist clients in processing traumatic events in their lives. I've also received extensive training in an evidence-based parenting support model. Additionally, I am deeply passionate about working with individuals experiencing infertility, postpartum depression, and/or anxiety, as well as other individuals experiencing anxiety or depression.
I believe therapy is a collaborative experience that starts with a positive relationship between the client and therapist. It is my goal to create a space for people to feel safe and secure opening up, processing, healing, and growing from their experiences.
