I will support the growth of teens and adults who struggle with self-confidence, decision making, relationships, and planning for the future. Exploration will begin with examining home life, social skills, and aspects of career or school. If one is struggling with any of these elements, it is likely having a negative impact on other areas. In addition, I can improve a student-athlete's performance in competition. By taking the same approach, an athlete can maximize their potential by identifying and improving other areas of their life away from the game.
