I am a fully licensed social worker who is passionate about meeting the mental health needs of children, their families, and the communities they live in. I see my role as a guide for the individual to discover and develop their own internal resources to overcome the challenges they face. I believe that all individuals regardless of their age or background can develop the skills they need to lead fulfilling and purposeful lives.
I bring almost a decade of experience working with children and families in the greater Flint community with experience in the areas of abusive/neglect, trauma, and family crisis intervention. I have provided services to a variety of populations that include incarcerated individuals, homeless outreach, and home-based services for abuse and neglect victims.
