Hi there! I am a graduate of the Wayne State University Counseling Psychology program. I love to work with people of all ages, especially older children through young adulthood. I utilize a humanistic, client-centered approach, integrated with cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. I have experience working with a variety of clients and diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, OCD and related disorders, PTSD, and general life stress as well. I understand that therapy can be stressful and intimidating for some, so I strive to first create a strong therapeutic relationship with each client.
