Therapy is a collaborative process of exploration and discovery that supports the client's needs. As a therapist, I am a guide and facilitator who supports clients through listening, asking questions and offering tools and processes tailored to the client's unique needs and circumstances. Clients come to therapy for a variety of reasons including relationship conflict, family issues, grief and loss, coping skills and life transitions. Therapy is a safe place for client's to create goals and implement them so they can move towards the life that they deserve.
Evidence Based Interventions used are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing incorporating wellness including meditation, movement, and creativity. Therapy is most effective when it addresses the person's uniqueness, lived experience, personal qualities and values.
Therapy is a safe and welcoming place where clients can come and be themselves and know that they are accepted for who they are and what they have experienced throughout their life. Therapy is an invitation to move forward and discover the life, relationships, and purpose that is meaningful to you.
