We all reach times in our lives where we feel overwhelmed, when it feels the dust just will not settle, and we feel stuck. Being able to put a voice to your struggles and finding a neutral space for that voice to land is key; I strive to be that person for everyone that steps foot in my office. My goal as a therapist is to help you realize your potential for positive change in a safe and supportive environment.
