I believe we all have times in our lives when we need an objective lens to make progress with our lives and overcome problems. I can help you to better understand yourself, human behavior, as well that of others. I believe the world has changed a lot in the past few years and work with others trying to achieve for themselves the balance between their hopes and dreams and the reality of their problems and concerns.
My approach is usually Short-term and Solution-focused includes Cognitive therapy, Psychodynamic theory especially Transactional Analysis as well as Developmental psychology. I am a big supporter of the use of Positive psychology and make the process of recovery a gentle and life-affirming process that provides individuals with the knowledge, tools, and experiences that allow them to overcome life’s challenges.
