Do you suffer from depression, anxiety, and/or relationship challenges? Well, finding a therapist is a courageous step. I have been a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor for over 15 years. Throughout my career, I have worked in multiple settings providing individual counseling, group work, and crisis intervention. Additional work experiences range from foster care, community mental health to higher education (instruction and counseling). I view counseling as a collaborative process that begins in a safe environment. My focus is on improving clients' emotional health and interpersonal relationships. I am committed to helping clients work through life challenges in a non-judgemental environment. This empowering journey allows us to explore and gain insight to live more fully connected lives.
