“Our wounds are often the openings into the best and most beautiful part of us.” ― David Richo
The idea of therapy can be completely terrifying. So much has gone into noticing a difference in yourself or in your life and acknowledging the need for change, growth or help. I have always been a natural caregiver, helping people has felt like my life’s purpose. I am passionate about bringing healing to people who have experienced trauma or stressful experiences. I am a limited licensed counselor and graduated from Siena Heights University. I would be deeply honored to help you navigate whatever it is that you are going through. I do not stick to one model of training or therapy. I firmly believe in listening to each of my clients and researching the best ways to add to our sessions to make sure you are getting everything you need from our therapeutic relationship. It is my goal for you to be excited about therapy. Our time together is valuable, when we stop to think about how much of our day is actually dedicated strictly to ourselves, it is not a lot of time. You are the most important person in our sessions, and that is time you deserve. I also understand the importance of the therapeutic relationship, if therapy has not worked with someone in the past keep going and finding that person who is right for you!
