Finding and working with a therapist you can trust can make all the difference when you are dealing with something overwhelming or difficult. I am here to work with you in a safe and non-judgmental space to figure out how to begin making progress on your goals. I have 10 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults. I specialize in working with anxiety, trauma, depression, chronic health issues, life transitions, and stress. My role as a Licensed Professional Counselor is paired with my background in art therapy. As a Registered Art Therapist, I have seen the power of creativity within therapy to take us further than traditional approaches alone and I offer this choice to each individual.
