Welcome, and thank you for showing an interest in working with me. I am here to support you and your goals. Over the past 11 years, I've worked with individuals in various settings and from all different backgrounds.

I have an extensive background in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, communication concerns, and substance use. However, there are times where we may just need support with the stress of daily life.

A little about my background.......I graduated with my Bachelors in Social Work from the University of Michigan in 2008 with a minor in Health Education and Behavior. Afterwards, I went on and earned my Masters in Social Work in 2009. Upon graduation, I began working with individuals who struggled with severe and persistent mental illness. This lead to me working with children, adults, families, and couples.

Most recently, I have been working primarily with individuals struggling with substance use concerns. Substance use, like other illnesses, is a disease that requires special attention and understanding. I received my Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) 2 years ago, but have been working with substance use throughout my career.

Whatever your reason is, having someone in your corner to be a support is important. Thank you for choosing me to be your support.
