Whether your goal is to heal from the past, navigate the present, or build for the future, therapy can help. As your therapist, I will provide a safe, empowering, and non-judgmental space for you to tell your story and achieve your goals. I recognize that you are the expert of your own life and I will partner with you to create a therapeutic approach that is as unique as you are. While I use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, above all, I can provide a reliable source of support, understanding, and genuine care.

I have experience working with adults, children, and families through some of their most difficult days. What I’ve found is that most feelings and behaviors have perfectly understandable explanations if you look closely enough. I can help you to understand and manage your own feelings and behaviors. My hope is that my clients will leave my office with increased awareness and acceptance of themselves.

Making the decision to start therapy and finding a therapist is no easy task. It requires vulnerability, courage, and even strength. I understand the difficulty of this journey because I’ve been there, and now I’m committed to being here with and for you. If you’re interested in taking the next step of this journey with me, please contact me for a free consultation or to schedule an appointment. I look forward to meeting you.
