I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience helping adolescents and adults meet the challenges they face to live the lives they desire.
As a client, I believe you begin therapy with many of the tools you need to live a fulfilled life. Sometimes these abilities become obscured by the challenge’s life presents you. The goal of therapy is to help connect you to your potential and give you the confidence you need to live the life you want.
Therapy is collaborative. We work as a team to establish and pursue your goals. Incredible things can come from even the smallest positive change because change creates momentum. Subtle changes in the way you think and act can have a profound and lasting impact on the quality of your life.
My approach to therapy is pragmatic. We do what we must to achieve your goals and do it in a manner that suits you best. Proven methods combine with my experience and your strengths to create personalized therapy that enables you to find healthy solutions to the challenges you face. The ultimate goal is to not only feel better but to do better. Are you ready? We can do this!
