Being human means having thoughts, feelings, and emotions. At times, these things combine to make daily life more challenging than it needs to be. Regardless of what presenting problem we face, it is important that we set goals and take steps to ensure that these goals are not only achieved but that we develop new coping skills to address other challenges in the future.

I use evidence-based cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness therapy treatments to assist clients. I also work with clients to find ways of addressing anxiety, depression, and other challenges that may occur. My work as a Clinical Therapist and Social Worker in schools and substance abuse programs has provided a wide array of skills aimed at improving the quality of life for adolescents and adults.

Life is full of exciting challenges, but those challenges can also be overwhelming at times. A person needs to be able to lean on others for help when it is needed. I pride myself on being someone you can lean on to help manage obstacles in everyday life.
