Every individual deserves to be their authentic self and find happiness in their day-to-day life. Allow me to be your companion in achieving this. While I cannot promise a perfect life, I can help you find meaning, peace, boundaries, and a sense of self.

Finding a good fit in counseling is critical for meaningful healing and growth, so I feel it is fair to share some about myself. I am a licensed clinical social worker in Michigan. In undergrad, I attended Hope College, where I studied social work and psychology. I received my master’s degree from Western Michigan University, focusing on clinical social work. My practice has developed my skills with diverse populations, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, chronic/terminal health issues, life changes, grief/loss, and many other issues. My clinical skills utilize eclectic techniques drawn from Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and many others. My number one goal for those I work with is to help them feel seen and heard. The second is to support, counsel, and help develop meaningful change and growth. Genuineness and sincere interactions are what you will get with me. I will be here to support you towards being and becoming your best self!
