It's time right? We often suffer alone for too long; hoping, waiting for whatever torments us to just go away. I am glad you are taking proactive steps toward escorting your emotional turmoil out of the door. My approach is authentic, genuine, and nurturing which encourages clients to share openly and fully engage in the therapeutic process. I will assist you in committing to the work required to transition through tough times, learning to adapt to challenging situations, and restructuring your life in order to increase emotional comfort, reduce relational difficulties, and experience life with an increased sense of joy and peace.

Since 2008 I have assisted clients from many cultures with a wide range of concerns. My clients consist of children, adolescents, adults, and families; together we have navigated life transitions that caused emotional discomfort to them and their loved ones. I am confident you and I can work together successfully as well.

As a military veteran, I have a greater understanding of the struggles surrounding military life, as well as the difficulties experienced by military member, their spouse, children, and all those who love them. I can help you adjust to life prior, during, and after deployment --or any of the other potential disruptions to daily life.

Please contact us at GLPG, ask to schedule with Shannon and let's begin your journey back to wellness.
