"Out of your vulnerabilities will come your strength.”
This quote by Sigmund Freud exemplifies what therapy means to me and it's an honor to be a part of your healing journey. Therapy is a dynamic, collaborative process and that's why I choose to incorporate different therapeutic techniques into my work. Therapy shouldn't be a "one size fits all" experience so we will work together to tailor a plan to put you on the path to healing. I have extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, sexual trauma, infertility, adoption-related concerns, grief & loss, childhood trauma/abuse, parenting issues, and relationship problems. Because so many of these things are intertwined we'll work together to untangle and resolve the issues that are impacting your overall well-being. SOGIE-informed.
