From personal and professional experience, the only way to fix something is to see it. There are many things in life we choose not to see, or, we are so distracted/overwhelmed we cannot see them. However painful or ugly they are, though, they must be explored in order to figure out how we can make life better. I am here, as your mental health partner, to walk this path with you. I am a graduate of Wayne State University, receiving my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling in 2016. Over the years, I have had the most blessed opportunity to help other mental health partners of mine find their magnifying glass and choose the tools, already within, to fine-tune life’s issues. I have experience with Women’s Issues, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, and Relationship Issues, just to name a few. Although things can get overwhelming and it seems there are things in life that are too big to tackle, there is nothing that cannot be accomplished with the right partnership and support system. With that said, it would be an honor to partner with you so we can learn how we can eat an elephant one bite at a time.
