Hi there, my name is Tiffany. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I studied Community Practice at DePaul University, where I attained my Masters of Social Work. During my career as a LCSW, I have gained experience helping a diverse group of people in all aspects of their lives and I am passionate about helping others with improving the quality of their life.

I understand seeking therapy is not always an easy task. However, I applaud you in taking the first step. I pride myself on being an empathetic listener and collaborative partner during my client’s journey through therapy. I use various modalities in my practice, including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, and Solution Focused. Together, we work diligently to help you achieve the goals that you have for yourself. Not only will we work diligently, but we will also be patient throughout the entire process.

During our first therapy session, we will take a good amount of time getting to know each other. In this session I will gather information about you and get an idea of what brings you to therapy. We will also discuss any concerns you may have, recommended length of treatment, and therapeutic modalities that would be appropriate for your goals. As we embark on your therapeutic journey, sessions following the initial visit will be more therapeutic in nature.

I look forward to meeting you and assisting you during this period of your life.
