Dr. Yen Ju Lee is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LP). He completed his degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Detroit Mercy in Detroit, MI, and his undergraduate education at Fu Jen Catholic University in Taiwan. Dr. Lee also completed his Postdoctoral Fellowship at Ascension Genesys in Grand Blanc, MI, specializing in Clinical Health Psychology.

Dr. Lee is fluent in English as well as Mandarin. He has experience working in various settings, ranging from local hospitals to community mental health centers. Dr. Lee has been trained to work with a wide range of patients who comes from diverse cultural backgrounds and to help patients to live a life that they find purposeful and fulfilling. He uses a number of therapeutic techniques (i.e. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, etc.), and he strives to help those in need to work together for a purposeful and fulfilling life that they want.

During initial appointments, the focus is to understand the patient's mental health concerns, to collaboratively develop a unique plan to assist individual patients in living more fulfilling lives and to motivate and instill an idea that things can change for the better.
