Zach Breunig is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he earned his Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with specialization in Medical Family Therapy. Zach is a practicing Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for the past seven years who works with couples, families, and individuals ages 10+.

He utilizes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Gottman Method to couple's therapy, Discernment Counseling strategies, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness strategies, and strengths-based approaches. Above all, Zach believes in the strength of a trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship, which he utilizes to ensure that therapy is a place of safety and comfort while empowering change for each individual.
