Limited Licensed Master Social Worker
As a mental health therapist, I have a passion for helping individuals overcome obstacles and lead fulfilling lives. With a special focus on substance abuse, depression, anxiety, personal growth, guidance, and family relationships, I have dedicated my career to supporting those in need. By utilizing evidence-based approaches and combining these with a compassionate approach, I create a safe and supportive environment for clients to work through their challenges and achieve their goals.
My passion lies in helping individuals overcome their challenges and find fulfillment in their lives. I work with clients ages 12–35 along with their family members. I utilize different therapeutic interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and other mindfulness-based treatments when working with individuals. My goal is to help my clients develop the skills and strategies necessary to manage their symptoms, improve their relationships, and achieve their personal goals. Whether it is through group therapy sessions or one-on-one sessions, my goal is to help my clients lead fulfilling and happier lives.
I strive to provide a non-judgmental, empathetic, and caring approach that supports clients in their journey toward recovery and growth. I believe that each individual is unique and deserving of personalized care and by taking a holistic approach to therapy, I believe clients can experience true growth and healing. Therapy can be a challenge, but I believe that every individual has the ability to grow and live a happy and fulfilling life.
