“Healing begins with being heard.”
Sometimes people considering therapy are unsure of where to start—maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or just know that something in your life needs to change. Whether it’s something specific or just a sense that things aren’t quite right, seeking support is worthwhile.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over seven years of experience, I offer a space for you to feel safe, seen, and understood. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from person-centered, cognitive behavioral (CBT), and psychodynamic therapy.
I work with adults facing depression, anxiety, complex trauma, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, life transitions, and career or academic stress. I’m passionate about reducing stigma around mental health and providing trauma-informed, inclusive care for people of all identities and backgrounds.
You deserve to be heard. Healing is possible–and you don’t have to do it alone.
