Welcome — I’m truly glad you’re taking this step. My work in mental health began a decade ago, and since then I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through healing, growth, and rediscovery.
I completed my graduate training at Oakland University with a focus on Mental Health and Child/Adolescent Therapy, and continued to expand my skills in Trauma‑Focused CBT, Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health, and Substance Use Disorders .
My approach is grounded in compassion and collaboration. I blend person‑centered, cognitive‑behavioral, trauma‑focused, and empowerment‑based therapies to create a space where you can explore your experiences openly and safely .
Together, we look at both past and present to understand patterns, make meaningful connections, and move toward symptom relief and stability at a pace that feels right for you .
I work with clients of all ages — from infants to adults, as well as couples and families — and tailor each session to your unique needs and goals . My goal is to help you build a healthier, more grounded life by offering guidance, insight, and steady support along the way.
