My name is Aimee LaFear and I have been a practicing social worker for the last 25 years. I have worked with a diverse group of clients from pregnant women looking to form an attachment with their unborn child, infants and toddlers with attachment interruptions, children and youth struggling with behavioral, mental health and/or trauma issues, adult individuals struggling with anxiety and depression and families looking to be a more cohesive unit. I believe that relationships are at the heart of healing. It may be your relationship with yourself, your child, your spouse, your parents and even your therapist that can support change in your life. A few certifications that I hold are in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Child Parent Psychotherapy, Infant Mental Health and Motivational Interviewing.
