Offering a client-focused practice style that emphasizes the well-being and autonomy of patients in the areas of anxiety, depression and trauma. Offering Individual and couples sessions, members of the BIPOC and Queer communities. Specializing in sport-focused performance interventions and life transition. As a therapist and mental health professional, I am dedicated to cultivating an inclusive and welcoming space for clients as I work with treating issues related to trauma, sports performance anxiety, crisis care, and family dysfunction that encompasses healing in the mind, body, and spirit.

Collaboration is at the heart of my therapeutic approach. I believe in partnering with my clients to co-create a personalized treatment plan that aligns with their goals and aspirations. Through a blend of modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and somatic approaches, I empower my clients to process their traumatic experiences, develop healthy coping strategies, and cultivate a renewed sense of self.

Having worked closely with individuals from marginalized communities, I understand the specific struggles and systemic barriers they often face. My sensitivity to intersectionality enables me to provide insightful support that acknowledges the complex intersections of identity, culture, and mental health. By integrating evidence-based therapeutic approaches with a compassionate and individualized approach, I strive to foster healthy coping and healing.

I use a compassionate, integrative, and attentive approach to provide skills and space to address all that life brings.

I look forward to being a part of this time in your life journey!
