Welcome! I’m a licensed therapist with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northern Illinois University. I’ve worked in community mental health at the Ben Gordon Center in DeKalb, Illinois, where I conducted assessments and helped connect clients from diverse backgrounds with the resources they needed.
I approach therapy with empathy and a collaborative, systemic perspective. I work with clients and families to explore patterns, navigate complex emotions, and build stronger, healthier relationships in a supportive and safe environment.
