I believe therapy should be a space where you do not have to perform, have all the answers, or pretend that everything is okay. My approach is warm, collaborative, and reflective, with a focus on helping you better understand yourself, your relationships, and the experiences that have shaped the way you move through the world.

I especially enjoy working with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity, self-esteem, career stress, and the pressure that can come with trying to hold everything together. Together, we can explore patterns that may no longer be serving you, develop healthier ways of coping, and create space for you to become more grounded and intentional in the life you want to build.

My background in clinical social work, and psychology gives me a unique perspective on how our emotional well-being is influenced not only by our individual experiences, but also by our families, relationships, environments, and the systems we navigate. I approach each client with curiosity, compassion, cultural humility, and respect for their individual story.

You do not have to come to therapy knowing exactly what you need. Sometimes the starting point is simply knowing that something in your life does not feel the way you want it to. We can begin there.
